We see all you salsa dancers out there!
A couple years back, an avid salsa dancer from out of town moved to Napa and made it her mission to build a salsa and bachata community in the Napa Valley. That woman's name was Rachel, and with the help of the city she created a killer dance scene!
Once or twice a month, dancers would gather by the Napa River at the Veteran's Memorial Park. Hours would fly by like minutes, and after the music died down, those in the know would walk across the street for tapas and sangria at local's favorite restaurant—Zuzu.
When Rachel moved away, she entrusted this community event, called ¡Baila, Napa!, to Natalie Kelly and the team at Slow Fox Dance Hall. Now, we are so pleased to continue offering this event year round! During the summer, expect to see us out by the river, but in the meantime, come join us at our gorgeous dance studio on Trancas St. We've got floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over... oh yeah, the Napa River!
We're committed to providing you with an uplifting, safe space where you can gather to social dance to your favorite Latin music. If you're new to the dance scene, no worries! We've always got a couple instructors present to help you out. Not to mention the FREE Beginner's Class that we host at the start of the social.

¡Vemos a todos los bailarines de salsa por ahí!
Hace un par de años, una ávida bailarina de salsa de fuera de la ciudad se mudó a Napa y se propuso construir una comunidad de salsa y bachata en el Valle de Napa. ¡El nombre de esa mujer era Rachel, y con la ayuda de la ciudad creó una escena de baile increíble!
Una o dos veces al mes, los bailarines se reunían junto al río Napa en el Veteran's Memorial Park. Las horas pasaban volando como minutos, y después de que la música se apagaba, los que sabían cruzaban la calle para tomar tapas y sangría en el restaurante favorito de los locales: Zuzu.
Cuando Rachel se mudó, confió este evento comunitario, llamado ¡Baila, Napa!, a Natalie Kelly y al equipo de Slow Fox Dance Hall. Ahora, ¡nos complace continuar ofreciendo este evento durante todo el año! Siempre tenemos un par de instructores presentes para ayudarte. Sin mencionar la clase GRATUITA para principiantes que organizamos al comienzo de la actividad social.
